Skillflo prioritizes user privacy by storing all data (including videos, voice recordings, and resumes) in secure, encrypted servers compliant with GDPR and CCPA standards. Videos and audio are processed transiently and deleted after generating feedback reports—nothing is retained for AI training or shared with third parties without explicit consent. You can delete your data at any time via your account settings.

Coaching Mode activates during your mock interview, providing real-time feedback after each response—highlighting strengths, pinpointing issues (e.g., filler words or unclear structure), and suggesting improvements. It's crucial because immediate feedback accelerates learning, allowing you to refine answers on the spot, build confidence, and track progress over sessions, turning practice into measurable skill development.
